When finding an auto body or repair shop it is important to keep a few things in mind.
1. Reviews - yes there will always be bad reviews everywhere because it is impossible to make everyone happy but if the majority of the reviews are positive - you are in the right start
2. Customer service - which is everything. You need to know the people you are working with truly have your best interest in mind. If they take the time to care about your needs and the things that concern you, you have a shop that cares
3. Attention to detail - from the moment your car arrives to the time the car leaves, the details are the things that matter. Is your car cleaned, is the shop aware of your concerns, are they going above and beyond, does your shop offer services like loaner cars, rides, etc.
At Community Auto we take pride in everything we do. We have one mission in mind:
To be a reliable, fair, and honest auto repair shop providing the highest quality service
while setting the standards, ethics, and exceptions for the auto repair industry
A lot of people ask "why did you want to do restorations" when we were opening our body shop. That question is very simple and complex as well. The reason why we were getting asked is because there are not a lot of restoration shops in Colorado. Why? Because it is a hard business to be in. First, you have to love old cars. Second, you need to have an eye and expectation of perfect. Third, only certain people know how to work on old cars.
With that, the people asking should have said are you really crazy enough to work on restorations? To that we answer yes.
For any of you who knows my dad, he loves old cars. Old cars love him. That is a fact. So when we were opening up the body shop, it felt natural to extend his passion into the business. Not only did we bring in skilled guys who love cars a little less then my dad but they are known for great builds.
With every project we take on, we will show you the eye, care, attention, and most importantly the perfection put into each and every car because people are right - we are crazy. We love seeing your dreams come true, we love to see history restored, and most importantly we love making things perfect.
